Drive BJAK’s video direction across all channels by combining strategic creative leadership with hands-on execution. Lead a small production team—mentoring a videographer and video producer, setting visual direction, and directing key projects. Oversee end-to-end production from concept through delivery, including shot planning, location scouting, and previsualization. Partner with editors, motion designers, and sound designers to uphold high standards in color grading, sound, pacing, and brand alignment.
