Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a safety leader by putting safety first and partnering with the EHS Manager to support safety policies and programs.
  • •Supervise shift production to meet safety, quality, service, waste, productivity, and culture goals; oversee daily production and schedules.
  • •Monitor colleague practices and interactions to ensure compliance with regulatory and company safety and quality policies and values.
  • •Investigate near misses, incidents, and equipment/material problems; report when production standards are not met and recommend improvements.
  • •Manage employee timecards and time-off requests, conduct performance reviews, ensure training is current, and analyze production information using dashboards and SAP.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years’ experience in operations, production supervision, quality, maintenance, or related experience (or equivalent combination totaling 5+ years).

  • •Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite (SAP experience is a plus).
