Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise daily warehouse activities to ensure safe and efficient storage and retrieval of products/materials to meet operational and customer demand.
  • •Maintain warehouse storage facilities and manage the optimum utilization and upkeep of storage spaces.
  • •Conduct regular stock takes and ensure daily inventory operations comply with approved policies and procedures.
  • •Manage and validate integrated inventory management system data to ensure accuracy, standardization, and completeness.
  • •Support HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in line with company policies and IMS.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years working experience with 3+ years in a relevant role in warehouse/inventory operations.
  • •ERP knowledge; SAP functional skills are required for success in the role.
  • •Strong knowledge of storekeeping and warehousing practices, including maintaining accurate records using software systems.
  • •Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse control related duties.
  • •Bachelor's degree in a supply chain/logistics-related course or any related field.
