Unit Controls Technical Lead

Lead functional product development for next-generation HVAC controls, partnering with mechanical engineering to design and evaluate new and enhanced controls products/features. Generate functional specifications for software engineers, define technical requirements, and serve as a core technical lead on cross-functional projects. Apply knowledge of control systems, instrumentation, HMI, distributed networked systems, and communication protocols to ensure technical and regulatory objectives are met.
