Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end transition programmes, from small to large multi-workstream transitions, ensuring safe and controlled delivery.
  • •Own and manage transition plans (mobilisation, knowledge transfer, exit, and go-live readiness) to support operationally safe service transfer.
  • •Establish and drive programme governance (RAID management, working groups, boards, reporting, stage gates) and track progress vs. dependencies and milestones.
  • •Coordinate across customers, incumbent suppliers, internal delivery teams, and third parties to resolve issues and maintain alignment.
  • •Produce high-quality bid responses and develop transition programme plans, including costing transition budgets and presenting approaches during bids.
