Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute assembly operations in line with the approved production schedule and daily manufacturing targets.
  • •Assemble turbine and propulsion system components using engineering drawings, work instructions, and assembly procedures.
  • •Perform fine alignment, fitment, fastening, adjustment activities, and functional verifications to meet defined tolerances.
  • •Conduct visual and dimensional inspections during and after assembly to ensure compliance with product specifications.
  • •Maintain compliance with AS9100 and ISO standards, accurately record assembly/inspection data and non-conformance reports, and keep the work area safe and organised.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, electronic, or industrial assembly.
  • •Proven experience in industrial, aerospace, manufacturing, or precision assembly environments.
  • •Hands-on experience in electronic assembly and fine mechanical assembly processes.
  • •Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards and electronic workmanship requirements.
  • •Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions, and engineering documentation.
