Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the multi-year technical vision for Central Operations and Systems, spanning internal AI, developer tools, infrastructure, reliability, and corporate systems.
  • •Architect the Docker SDLC “Golden Path” and drive convergence of fragmented internal systems into shared platform capabilities.
  • •Establish platform architecture principles, technical standards, and cross-team technical contracts to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • •Design infrastructure and developer experience to remove bottlenecks, including standardized deployment patterns and observability standards.
  • •Mentor and develop Staff and Principal engineers, and lead executive-level technical strategy and architectural reviews across major initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of software engineering experience across multiple domains including SDLC, AI engineering, and corporate systems.
  • •Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale distributed systems serving millions of users and thousands of enterprise customers.
  • •Expert understanding of API design, service architecture, and system integration patterns at scale (in-house vs. vendor).
  • •Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern infrastructure patterns (Kubernetes, service mesh, infrastructure-as-code).
