Job Summary

Contribute to account sales, service, and support for Natera’s oncology products by ensuring patients follow prescribed test cadences and by improving clinical workflows and test fulfillment. •Contribute to account sales, service, and support for Natera oncology products with an emphasis on patient retention and unit growth.
•Work with assigned COS and build relationships with key oncology account personnel to facilitate unit growth.
•Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure adherence to oncologist-prescribed protocols.
•Assess medical professional and staff needs with focus on customer support, logistics coordination, and problem-solving.
•Become an expert on Natera oncology products and processes, educate medical professionals on tools/resources, and maintain KPI reporting for retention and fulfilled order volume.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
•Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison, or nursing background, or at least 2 years of sales experience.
•Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to work in ambiguous environments.
•Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills with experience presenting to internal and external customers.
•Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, plus the ability to quickly learn software and reporting systems.
