Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently run TCP, PDP, PMP and scout activities according to internal processes
  • •Manage assigned projects from idea proposal to product release per PCP process
  • •Define QC requirements (short term and long term) to ensure product quality and performance
  • •Transfer new products/technologies to production plants and supervise plant trials
  • •Visit customers sites and provide technical solutions to customers

Key Requirements

  • •BS or MS or Ph.D in Chemistry, Polymer Science or Chemical Engineering or equivalent
  • •2+ years hands-on polyurethane chemistry or polyurethane adhesives experience in automotive OEM market
  • •Proficient in oral communication, technical presentation and technical writing
  • •Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint or equivalent
  • •Experience with Design of Experiments, Design FMEA or other quality programs is a plus
