Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and build product quality infrastructure for internal users, shipping AI-powered systems that surface customer signals to the right teams.
  • •Develop dashboards and data pipelines to give leadership real-time visibility into bug volume, quality trends, and domain performance by product area and severity.
  • •Design and implement intelligent bug intake and triage workflows that produce well-written, prioritized reports at scale.
  • •Create integrations across our tooling ecosystem (ticketing, payments, CRM, data warehouse) to enable seamless internal workflows.
  • •Collaborate with domain experts and support engineers to identify pain points and deliver rapid, effective solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience delivering highly impactful, technical projects and systems through cross-functional collaboration.
  • •Experience building internal tools, developer platforms, or operations infrastructure.
  • •Strong full-stack engineering skills—from database to UI.
  • •Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics tooling.
  • •Deep product knowledge of Cursor and AI-assisted development workflows.
