Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete the 90-day Customer Delivery Driver trainee programme to become a fully qualified Customer Delivery Technician with a C1 driving licence.
  • •Be an ambassador for the John Lewis brand with great customer service as a priority.
  • •Perform daily checks and assist with loading the vehicle with daily deliveries in collaboration with the warehouse team.
  • •Deliver large items and handle unexpected situations to find the best solution for customers while showing respect for customers’ homes.
  • •Install various products in customers’ homes (e.g., wall-mount TVs and integrated/hard-wired appliances) and stay up to date with new products and technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •UK B-Category manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
