Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead teams across locations by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, training, and conducting reviews and performance evaluations.
  • •Ensure maximum performance at multiple locations and assist location personnel with training for system requirements.
  • •Conduct monthly profit and loss reviews with General Manager and Assistant General Manager to understand business trends and identify improvement and revenue opportunities.
  • •Monitor key metrics such as equipment utilization, underperforming assets, warranty recovery, billed mechanical hours, aged receivables, and customer satisfaction.
  • •Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations.
