Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the North America fulfillment expert for lighting-focused and other non-core ECM projects.
  • •Support regional teams in planning and executing projects with emphasis on fulfillment quality, constructability, consistency, and safety.
  • •Visit complex or at-risk project sites to identify issues, recommend corrective actions, and provide field reports with findings and recommendations.
  • •Coach field project managers to improve execution, communication, safety awareness, and field problem-solving.
  • •Develop and implement standard work for fulfillment, improve processes to remove waste, and support contractor network and onboarding expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, energy management, business, or related field (or equivalent education and relevant experience).
  • •Significant experience in lighting projects, energy solutions, construction support, fulfillment, or related operational roles.
  • •Strong working knowledge of lighting systems, retrofit practices, and controls coordination considerations.
  • •Working knowledge of non-core ECMs such as building envelope, water-related measures, and transformers.
  • •Experience supporting multi-site or geographically distributed construction/energy delivery, including contractor identification, RFP development, bid leveling, and scope development.
