Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end Source to Pay agenda across procurement operations, accounts payable, supplier enablement, process governance, controls, and transformation. Partner with Procurement, Finance, GBS, IT, Legal, and Controllership to deliver a scalable, compliant, digitally enabled operating model. Drive continuous improvement, performance and compliance, technology enablement across SAP/Ariba/Concur/Xelix, and people leadership across onshore, offshore, and partner teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end Source to Pay agenda across procurement operations, accounts payable, supplier enablement, and process governance.
•Transform and drive continuous improvement through automation, simplification, standardization, and digital enablement to improve compliance, user experience, efficiency, and cost.
•Own process governance, performance standards, KPIs/SLAs, audit readiness, control adherence, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
•Partner with IT and process teams to optimize technology platforms (SAP, Ariba, Concur, Xelix) to support data quality, automation, controls, and business outcomes.
•Lead and develop onshore, offshore, and partner teams, building accountability, capability, engagement, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 164,200 - 205,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
•10+ years of experience in Source to Pay/Procure to Pay, Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, GBS, or shared services environments.
•Demonstrated experience leading global, regional, hybrid, offshore, or BPO-supported teams.
•Strong understanding of end-to-end Source to Pay processes, including sourcing handoffs, requisitioning, purchasing, supplier onboarding, invoice management, payments, controls, and reporting.
•Experience with SAP, Ariba, Concur, Xelix or similar procurement/ERP, AP automation, analytics, and workflow technologies.
