Job Summary

Drive strategic planning and growth for TikTok LIVE across Europe by partnering with the EU LIVE Operations team and taking a data-driven approach to business opportunities. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary strategic partner for the TikTok LIVE EU team, providing recommendations for business growth using a strategic and data-driven approach.
•Develop and maintain a strategic business outlook for TikTok LIVE in Europe and lead the business planning agenda.
•Implement initiatives to grow the livestream business in Europe by identifying and pursuing business opportunities and scaling strategies.
•Support high-quality execution of EU LIVE growth projects, including talent agencies (Europe- and China-based) and creator management strategies.
•Create and refine processes to maximize efficiency and productivity, improve project management and OKR tracking, and use analytics to measure initiative effectiveness and drive experimentation.

Key Requirements

•Fluency in Mandarin to handle strategies for China-headquartered talent management agencies.
