Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble, wire, and modify medium and high voltage indoor and outdoor assemblies, including breaker and auxiliary compartments and related sub-assemblies.
  • •Work from manufacturing information, electrical and mechanical drawings, sketches, and written or oral instruction to established procedures.
  • •Complete ISO checklists, quality checklists, customer checklists, feedback forms, and production lists as required.
  • •Mount and install electrical equipment, perform wire operations, and inspect assemblies for loose or missing hardware and cleanliness.
  • •Respond to change notices and customer requested adjustments, support engineering/drafting with development work, and train and coach colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •At least 1 year of manufacturing experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • •Use and knowledge of hand and air tools.
  • •Basic computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Outlook/Teams and job-specific programs such as ENOVIA.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
