Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience with physical system design/implementation.
  • •5–8+ years in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering; architecture with strong technical/build focus and engineering collaboration; or product implementation/hardware deployment.
  • •Experience working with physical products, systems, or infrastructure (not just software/digital deployment) and evaluating real-world constraints (space, power, installation, environment, maintenance, access).
  • •Proven ability to take early-stage concepts into executable real-world environments, coordinating across engineering, operations, vendors, and facilities.
  • •Experience reviewing and providing QA/QC of design drawings and product specifications, with strong requirements gathering, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
