Key Responsibilities

•Own the day-to-day execution of campaigns across digital and physical channels, ensuring workstreams progress against agreed timelines and deliverables.
•Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
•Track and follow up on campaign deliverables, proactively flagging delays or blockers to cross-functional teams.
•Review, approve, and deploy campaign assets (creatives, copies, push notifications, WhatsApp, SMS, email) on schedule.
•Set up and QA campaign mechanics across channels and maintain workback schedules and a live campaign tracker; identify execution risks and escalate with proposed solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
•3+ years of experience in a marketing, campaign coordination, or project management role.
•Prior exposure to retail, e-commerce, QSR, or FMCG marketing environments preferred.
•Hands-on experience coordinating campaigns across multiple stakeholders and channels.
•Exceptional organisational and cross-functional coordination skills to manage multiple workstreams at once.
