Serve as the face of the branch by building lasting customer relationships and providing trusted financial advice. Use strong communication and problem-solving to recommend and refer banking products for customers’ spending, saving, borrowing, investing, and longer-term goals. Partner with teams in Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking, introduce customers to mobile and digital banking, and make outbound calls to acquire customers and schedule checkups. Follow all cash handling and compliance policies.
