•Mentor and coach other Product Managers to elevate product craft, execution, and strategic thinking with an outcome-driven culture
•Define and execute the long-term vision for Advanced Ads, integrating its ad injection, targeting, and Google Ad Manager capabilities
•Lead continuous product discovery to validate ideas for usability, feasibility, viability, and value before coding
•Own monetization strategy end-to-end and prioritize the roadmap based on ROI, focusing on customer lifetime value and monthly recurring revenue
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Growth to ensure features are shipped, adopted, and commercialized
