Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the geometric design of highways, arterial roads and intersections using 12d
  • •Deliver high-quality design aligned with TMR RPDM and Austroads standards
  • •Own complex design packages including: Horizontal and vertical geometry; Cross sections and corridor modelling; Superelevation and drainage interfaces
  • •Act as a design lead on major TMR projects, coordinating inputs across multidisciplinary teams
  • •Mentor and support designers and junior engineers, building capability across the team

Key Requirements

  • •8–10+ years experience in civil design, ideally within highways or transport infrastructure
  • •Strong capability in 12d and AutoCAD (essential)
  • •Experience with 12d drainage (highly regarded)
  • •Exposure to Civil 3D, OpenRoads and/or MicroStation (advantageous)
  • •Associate Degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering
