Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in-person and over the phone to listen for financial wellness opportunities and deliver customized recommendations.
  • •Open consumer and business accounts, including deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Consistently attain individual activity and outcome goals while using lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts to drive sales and referrals.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions, and support branch operations including teller transactions as needed.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking).
  • •Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objection, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
