Key Responsibilities

  • •Enter, validate, and audit packaging-related data in new and legacy PLM systems supporting new product development and specification changes.
  • •Query and analyze data to produce regular and ad-hoc reports in PLM, Power BI, and Excel, translating findings into business recommendations.
  • •Support setup, configuration, testing, and user support for the new PLM system, ensuring business requirements are met.
  • •Perform data migration by querying, merging, and cleaning legacy and source data to maintain integrity and accuracy.
  • •Drive documentation, training, and change management; mentor others; and apply packaging expertise to improve operational efficiency and sustainability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or a significant amount of relevant experience in Packaging, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 7+ years without an applicable degree, including prior exposure to PLM in food manufacturing.
  • •Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office, Excel, SQL, Google Cloud (GCP), Power BI, and AI tools.
  • •Strong data analysis and critical thinking skills to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to communicate recommendations clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
