Job Summary

Assist in the generation, review, and reporting of stability data for Reckitt’s product shelf-life assignments, within a fast-paced analytical lab. You’ll support stability studies, data trending, and timely reporting, collaborating with Stability, Health Category and Operations teams while ensuring cGMP and regulatory compliance in a hands-on, developmental R&D environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Be responsible for the compliant generation and reporting of stability studies allocated to you.
•Assist in data trending, reporting, and inputting into shelf-life assignment recommendations.
•Collaborate with Stability Senior Associate, Health Category and Operations teams to meet deadlines.
•Maintain Health & Safety, Regulatory, Data Integrity and cGMP compliance, contributing to OOT/OOS investigations where appropriate.
•Contribute to continuous improvement and audit readiness within the Stability team.

Key Requirements

•Degree in a relevant scientific field (typically chemistry, life-sciences, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences) or equivalent experience
•Understanding of laboratory processes and stability/product development

•Hands-on, practical scientific approach with openness to change
•Understanding of regulatory, cGMP and Health & Safety
