Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the organisation in managing plant safety performance and spread a safety culture through plant safety programs.
  • •Deliver production volumes, cost-to-produce, and cost-out against budget targets.
  • •Define and assign goals and improvement projects to line managers focused on competitiveness, efficiency, and business continuity.
  • •Define and manage organisational processes and improvements (roles, responsibilities, headcount, shifts) according to company policies and budget.
  • •Lead and support CI improvement projects, maintain KPI reporting/analysis, and support plant management and industrial relations alongside PGM and HR.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with supervision experience.
  • •Experience managing significant change/transformation projects in manufacturing.
  • •First-hand experience with Lean and continuous improvement methods such as Six Sigma and Kaizen.
  • •Degree in a science, technology, or engineering subject (advanced degree advantageous).
  • •Knowledge of production machines, process control equipment, SAP and shop floor systems, and safety/environmental regulation (France/EU).
