Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end execution of marine business projects from initiation through successful delivery, aligned with customer requirements and contractual commitments.
  • •Define and manage project scope, schedule, deliverables, risks, issues, and stakeholder responsibilities with cross-functional teams.
  • •Monitor project performance against schedule, cost, quality, and risk targets; identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • •Maintain clear professional communication with stakeholders from different countries and backgrounds, collaborating effectively across time zones.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of project management experience in the marine business or marine industry; control system or telecom project management background is preferred.

  • •Demonstrated international project experience and proven ability to manage cross-border stakeholders.
  • •Strong project management capability covering scope, schedule, cost, risk, issue, stakeholder, and change management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, project management, business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
