Job Summary

Lead and support complex customer implementations of Mastercard products and strategic initiatives across Europe. Own customer onboarding from initiation through production readiness and launch, building project plans, timelines, and governance while proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations. Partner with customers and internal stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, and Account Management to drive alignment and timely decisions, while contributing to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and support customer implementations of Mastercard products, services, and strategic initiatives across Europe.
•Lead customer onboarding through production readiness and launch.
•Develop and maintain project plans, implementation timelines, and governance structures to ensure delivery.
•Identify, manage, and mitigate implementation risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations throughout the project lifecycle.
•Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to drive alignment, communicate status and outcomes, and support continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and documentation.

Key Requirements

•Experience in project management, customer implementation, consulting, client delivery, payments, or related financial services environments.
•Experience managing customer-facing projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
•Understanding of payment processing, electronic payments, card industry operations, or financial technology solutions.
•Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
•Experience working in cross-functional and matrix organizations.
