Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in identifying operational risks throughout business processes and systems alongside business process owners.
  • •Facilitate business units’ operational risk assessments to ensure regulatory and internal standards are met.
  • •Support control monitoring supplemental to business unit testing, including independent quality assurance and vertical process testing.
  • •Create and maintain risk dashboards, key risk indicators (KRIs), risk profiles, and updated risk registers.
  • •Categorize controls and map them against risks and processes, and support thematic risk reporting on risk levels, trends, causes, and root causes.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in operational risk management within a Risk and/or Internal Audit function.
  • •Understanding of critical operational risk management lifecycle activities.
  • •Project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • •Experience in process governance aligned to policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards.
  • •Analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively.
