Senior Engineer Supervisor, Water Resources

Lead site-wide water planning for Highland Valley Copper by developing and executing water strategies, overseeing short-, medium-, and long-term water forecasting, and directing infrastructure planning. Provide technical leadership and QA/QC oversight for water modelling and monitoring programs, manage water-related risks, and coordinate across operations, sustainability, and corporate teams. Mentor and supervise the water planning team while supporting CAPEX/OPEX planning for water resources and ensuring compliance-driven decision-making.
