Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to achieve production targets.
  • •Ensure safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, coach team members, and conduct performance management with feedback.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects, and partner with the Inspection Center General Manager to repair or reject inventory based on cost and overall vehicle quality.
  • •Train associates using Quality Control standards and enforce adherence to systems, policies, procedures, and performance expectations to minimize re-checks and delays.
