Key Responsibilities

•Help develop communications strategies, campaign frameworks and client recommendations that deliver meaningful business outcomes
•Lead day-to-day client relationships and coordinate integrated communications programs across earned, paid and social channels
•Translate complex business, stakeholder and reputation challenges into clear communications approaches and solutions
•Develop high-quality content, presentations and communications materials, including thought leadership, media materials and key messages
•Identify opportunities to strengthen client programs, contribute to business growth and support new business initiatives

Key Requirements

•4+ years' experience in public relations, corporate communications, public affairs or integrated communications, with exposure to corporate, reputation and/or consumer-facing campaigns
•Strong strategic thinking and client management capabilities, with ability to shape communications recommendations and deliver meaningful business outcomes
•Excellent writing, storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate insights into impactful communications outcomes
•Ability to lead day-to-day client relationships and coordinate integrated communications programs across earned, paid and social channels
•Mentoring or leading junior team members and identifying opportunities to strengthen client programs and drive growth
