Job Summary

Lead onsite installation, maintenance, and repair activities for centrifugal compressors, ensuring safe and compliant work with customers. Troubleshoot mechanical rotating-equipment issues, perform inspections, rebundles, upgrades, and other maintenance tasks, and help customers through complex decisions. Take responsibility for HSE compliance and coordinate activities, while expanding product knowledge and technical skills in a dynamic field service environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely accomplish installation, maintenance, and repair of centrifugal compressors onsite.
•Lead installation and maintenance activities and troubleshoot issues with customers to ensure safe, compliant installations.
•Perform minor/major inspections, rebundles, upgrades, and other centrifugal compressor maintenance tasks.
•Lead activities with responsibility for people and HSE compliance to a high standard.
•Develop product knowledge and technical skills while working in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Demonstrate a good working knowledge of the installation and maintenance of rotating equipment.
•Have experience working in a mechanical role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar).
•Display a customer service-oriented mindset and experience leading customers through tough decisions.
•Communicate complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding.
•Have an EU passport/European Work permit and excellent verbal and written English and Italian language.
