Job Summary

Build and lead the team responsible for revenue growth across healthcare accounts in Cursor’s regulated industries segment. Hire, coach, and scale healthcare Account Executives, set territory strategy, and personally drive executive-level, multi-threaded sales cycles. Partner with engineering, product, security, compliance, and legal stakeholders to accelerate land-and-expand motion, establish ROI frameworks, and build repeatable HIPAA-compliant playbooks.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, hire, and lead a high-performing team of healthcare Account Executives; own forecasting, pipeline health, and quota attainment across the region.
•Set and execute go-to-market strategy for a named territory to drive new logo acquisition, expansion revenue, and long-term growth.
•Lead the largest, most strategic deals by running complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across Engineering, Product, Security, Compliance, Legal, and clinical/operational stakeholders.
•Coach the team to become trusted product experts, guiding prospects through trials, technical evaluations, security/compliance reviews, and large-scale rollouts.
•Build and scale repeatable playbooks for HIPAA and other healthcare compliance requirements and procurement processes to accelerate adoption across the region.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of healthcare or enterprise technology sales experience, including 3+ years leading and scaling a quota-carrying team (ideally developer tools, technical SaaS, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or health-tech).
•Proven track record building and leading teams that land new logos, expand strategic accounts, and exceed quota.
•Experience standing up or scaling a territory/team from the ground up with a hands-on approach to outbound prospecting, account mapping, and partner leverage.
•Ability to navigate complex healthcare sales cycles and coach selling to both technical and clinical/operational stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, CMIOs, and senior executives.
•Strong understanding of healthcare buying motions, procurement processes, HIPAA/compliance expectations, and partner ecosystems (e.g., EHR vendors, systems integrators).
