Job Summary

Monitor current and prospective clients by collecting and evaluating aggregate claim reports, processing reimbursable stop-loss claims, and maintaining tracking records. Prepare documents to support prospecting and group renewals, assist in developing proposals, and draft initial stop-loss quotes with underwriting team support. Build and maintain relationships with TPA partners while maintaining PHI confidentiality and creating written procedures for process ownership.

Key Responsibilities

•Reviews and processes stop loss claims for payment.
•Maintains aggregate claim records and reports for current and renewal block of business.
•Gathers RFP data through broker or TPA to support proposal generation.
•Assists in developing and preparing proposals and renewals.
•Prepares initial stop loss quotes for prospects with support from the underwriting team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related subject (or equivalent work experience).
•Proficiency with Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
•Working knowledge of office equipment such as computers and scanners.
•Ability to read, write, and speak English, including professional phone and email communication.
•Ability to analyze and interpret data to develop recommendations and implement changes.

Education:Bachelor's in Business administration (or related subject)
