Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise managers and employees on HR policies, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • •Resolve moderately complex employee relations issues.
  • •Document and track employee relations cases with clear justifications in the Case Management system to ensure consistency and mitigate risk.
  • •Support internal audits by recommending corrective actions.
  • •Monitor and report employee relations trends and metrics; participate in grievance procedures and compliance-related documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a business-related degree; or a High School Diploma with an additional 4 years of Employee Relations/HR experience (total 7 years).
  • •3+ years of experience in Employee Relations or a related HR discipline.
  • •Experience enforcing federal, state, and local labor and wage and hour laws.
  • •Solid background in federal, state, and local employment laws and practices.
  • •Preferred: professional HR certification (SHRM-CP/PHR) and HR certification; large client base experience preferred.
