Job Summary

Partner with production plant leadership as a trusted finance business partner, driving performance and supporting strategic decisions through robust financial analysis and business insights. Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management, while driving product costing, cost analysis, and manufacturing efficiency improvements. Identify opportunities to improve cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX performance, and support business transformation and investment projects across regional and global activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the key finance business partner for plant management and support strategic decision-making.
•Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management.
•Drive product costing, cost analysis, and manufacturing efficiency improvements.
•Identify and implement opportunities to improve cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX performance.
•Ensure financial governance through effective processes, controls, and cross-functional collaboration; support transformation, operational improvements, and investment projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field.
•2–5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Audit, or a similar role.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate data into business insights.
•Experience in manufacturing finance, operations controlling, or cost accounting is an advantage.
•Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
