Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to support risk cost profiling, drawdown, retirement, and remaining risk budget monitoring.
  • •Run quantitative risk assessments (cost and schedule) to inform project contingency levels and lead QCRA/QSRA delivery.
  • •Develop and execute risk management plans, processes, and regular risk reviews to identify risks, determine response plans, and ensure reporting.
  • •Collaborate with contractors and program/project controls teams to integrate risk management touchpoints (cost/schedule management, change control, reporting) and identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Lead construction stage contract and claims management, including assessment of contractual claims, advice on disputes/resolution issues, and settlement of final accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years of applicable experience in construction project procurement and contract management.
  • •Demonstrated experience in a Program Management or Program Controls environment.
  • •Deep knowledge of risk identification, facilitation, and risk management techniques, including quantitative risk assessment (cost and schedule).
  • •Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with familiarity in process/value-stream mapping and construction contracts.
