Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the vision, architecture, modernization roadmap, and execution for Lead-to-Order platforms spanning CPQ, CRM, eCommerce, partner enablement, subscriptions, and payments/invoicing.
  • •Lead a large, globally distributed engineering organization, building leadership bench strength and accountability across software domains and value streams.
  • •Operationalize AI-enabled software delivery and define/scale an SDLC framework including quality gates, DevSecOps practices, release discipline, and observability.
  • •Own major software delivery budgets and supplier strategy, driving vendor consolidation, technical assessments, and delivery model optimization.
  • •Ensure security, quality, reliability, and governance across platforms, driving remediation, incident reduction, automation, testing strategy, and production excellence.
