Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, develop, and grow the Risk Intelligence team for intelligence collection, analysis, and proactive risk detection.
  • •Translate priorities into execution plans, operating mechanisms, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Improve how intelligence is collected, structured, stored, and acted on using first-party and third-party signals.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to improve detection inputs, data collection, tooling, reporting, and scalable workflows.
  • •Identify operational gaps across the intelligence lifecycle, automate or augment workflows, and define impact measures for detection quality and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in intelligence, risk, trust and safety, investigations, operations, product strategy, or related fields.
  • •Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • •Experience leading complex, cross-functional work in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
  • •Excellent judgment and strong analytical and quantitative skills to use data to identify issues, prioritize opportunities, and inform decisions.
  • •Demonstrated experience applying automation or AI-enabled solutions and improving systems, workflows, or operating models.
