Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to support risk cost profiling and timely drawdown/retirement of risk budget.
  • •Monitor overall risk exposure and assess remaining risk budget across multiple projects/programs.
  • •Produce risk reports and conduct quantitative risk assessments (cost and schedule) to inform project contingency levels.
  • •Develop and improve risk management services, create risk management plans/processes, and run regular risk reviews with response plans.
  • •Lead construction stage contract and claims management, including assessment of claims, advice on dispute resolution, evaluation of delay recovery measures, and settlement of final accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 3 years of applicable experience.
  • •Relevant construction project procurement and contract management experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience in a Program Management or Program Controls environment.
  • •Deep knowledge of risk identification and facilitation techniques with strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
