Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and lead geotechnical assignments, including both pure geotechnical projects and larger multidisciplinary projects.
  • •Operate within WSP’s assignment process, including responsibility for time, economy, and quality.
  • •Collaborate with geotechnical colleagues and related specialists across disciplines (e.g., roads, bridges, buildings, environmental consultants).
  • •Support and mentor junior colleagues, with guidance available from more senior colleagues.
  • •Contribute to business development through customer contact, with opportunities to work with sales and marketing.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of experience in geotechnics and ground engineering/foundations.
  • •Civil engineering degree (Civilingenjör) or a bachelor’s degree with a specialization in geotechnics, or equivalent education.
  • •Work structured, carefully, and quality-minded.
  • •Strong interest in problem-solving.
  • •Good collaboration skills and fluent communication in Swedish, orally and in writing.
