Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop CMF concepts, visual narratives, and presentations to communicate design intent to global cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Define and execute CMF direction across multiple product categories in alignment with brand strategy, product goals, and manufacturing capabilities.
  • •Create CMF specifications, standards, and documentation to support product development and mass production.
  • •Partner with Industrial Design, Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure CMF intent is implemented accurately throughout development and production.
  • •Work with China-based suppliers and manufacturing partners to develop/qualify materials and finishes, review prototypes and production samples, and manage the CMF library.

Key Requirements

  • •CMF Design (or equivalent) experience with 3+ years of experience.
  • •Ability to tune samples for tight color matching with high color acuity, and review/approve samples for color and finish.
  • •Expertise in CMF technologies and diverse material knowledge, including material properties.
  • •Experience working with vendors/suppliers and monitoring trials onsite, including inspections and improvement guidance.
  • •Strong communication and organization skills, and good written and verbal language skills in English and Mandarin.
