Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome guests and assist with arrival/departure, including new hire/visitor office orientation.
  • •Manage conference room bookings and support scheduling for team meetings across departments.
  • •Track visitors (including vendors, visiting employees, and guests) and manage venue credentials.
  • •Plan occasional on- and offsite company events and manage parking/vehicle logs and records.
  • •Assist with expenses and invoice tracking/submission, visitor badges, onboarding/off-boarding, and courier/mail handling.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.4 - 23 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of customer service related experience or office management.
  • •Flexibility and a positive attitude while managing shifting priorities and high-volume guests.
  • •Fluency in English and the local language is required.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Adobe PDF.
  • •Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform tasks safely (including bending and moving).
