Key Responsibilities

  • •Own events end-to-end, from first request to post-event wrap, with clear, on-brand client communication.
  • •Manage the full operational flow and triage urgent vs non-urgent ops issues.
  • •Turn tribal knowledge into clear documentation, onboarding materials, and reusable templates.
  • •Build scalable playbooks for running complex events and managing many events in parallel.
  • •Partner closely with engineering to translate customer feedback and bugs into clear product requirements and test tools before launch.
