Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the infrastructure that keeps fleets running.
  • •Design, build, and maintain backend services for real-time vehicle tracking, route optimization, billing, and dispatch.
  • •Set up and own reliability and observability, including monitoring, alerting, and on-call practices.
  • •Model and evolve Postgres schemas, manage migrations, and build integrations with third-party systems (billing, telematics, customer communications).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Build and ship production Node.js backend services with strong API design, database performance, and distributed systems fundamentals.
  • •Manage cloud infrastructure (ideally AWS or GCP) and work comfortably with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • •Experience with CI/CD pipelines and defining infrastructure as code using Terraform.
  • •Demonstrate an ownership mindset: take ambiguous problems, scope them, and deliver solutions without all details upfront.
  • •Comfort working on operational software, including reliability and observability responsibilities, with an emphasis on AI multi-agent expertise.
