Key Responsibilities

•Lead on-site PM/CM for a federal modernization construction project in Denver, CO or Omaha, NE.
•Coordinate staff and inspectors, provide oversight and technical quality review, and report progress to the AECOM Project Manager and GSA Project Team.
•Develop and control project budgets and funding strategies, and manage scope, schedule, quality, safety, and change management.
•Coordinate interdisciplinary teams and support labor resources; supervise design-build activities and field observations.
•Ensure compliance with federal and local requirements, contract administration practices, and project closeout processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS + 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•Valid US Driver's License
•Drug Test
•Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
•Have at least fifteen (15) years of experience in developing and maintaining complex, long-term, multi-year project management activities
