Lead day-to-day operations for multiple manufacturing sites, owning Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Inventory, and People (SQCDIP). Manage site financial performance, budget planning, and forecasting, while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve labor/material/machine efficiency. Drive Lean Manufacturing deployment, root-cause problem solving, compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement projects across the plant—on-site in Chesterfield, MI and Troy, MI.
