Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Define, develop, and execute processes that deliver high quality and reliable compute solutions, working with responsible engineers from design through field use.
•Drive product development to achieve quality by implementing process development, verification, validation, and qualification of processes, parts, and sub-assemblies.
•Clarify and resolve development ambiguities related to product maturity, process stability, and field performance to meet quality and reliability goals for volume production.
•Champion the transition from NPI to sustainable, high-rate manufacturing processes and supply chain.
•Own the elimination of product quality risk across the product lifecycle and engage in quality activities from concept through development and manufacturing to field use.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 87,000 - 116,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field.
•Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality in aerospace/defense or similar hardware.
•Working knowledge of design review and quality management of precision mechanical parts & sub-assemblies, PCBA, harnessing, avionics, systems integration, composites, propulsion systems, and lethality systems.
•Experience driving product quality and performance requirements to test and measurement system development and optimization.
•Working knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP elements such as MSA and GD&T.
