Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assigned work from start to close-out to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • •Establish strong client relationships and communicate with technical and management-level personnel.
  • •Review project plans, requirements, and specifications, and prepare progress updates for management.
  • •Prepare RFPs, support contractor selection, and support contract award processes.
  • •Facilitate and chair project meetings (including OAC meetings), maintain meeting minutes/action items, and monitor progress including pay applications and invoices.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of construction project management experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, project management, or a related technical field.
  • •Excellent understanding of construction, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  • •Strong working knowledge of pre-design/pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, and building systems/components.
  • •Earned Value Management experience and the ability to develop reports for different audiences.
