Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead OpEx planning, forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis to ensure accurate financial visibility.
  • •Build and enhance financial models for scenario planning, cost analysis, run-rate visibility, and management decisions.
  • •Develop automation, AI-enabled tools, and self-service reporting solutions to reduce manual workload and improve scalability and data governance.
  • •Analyze complex datasets and produce executive-ready commentary, recommendations, and decision support.
  • •Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business drivers, challenge assumptions, and improve recurring planning and reporting routines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • •At least 7 years of experience in FP&A, Operations Finance, Cost Accounting, or a related analytical role.
  • •Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, budget management, and advanced financial analysis.
  • •Strong financial modeling skills, including scenario analysis, trend analysis, and management-level decision support.
  • •Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with experience in BI, automation, digital finance, or AI-enabled productivity tools as an advantage.
